Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

DELIVERY

When your order is ready for delivery,  you will recieved an email with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped with 7-10 days using DHL or USPS. Flat rate shipping applies to orders shipping outside the local shipping region. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount minus 10% for the restocking fee and the shipping costs of the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us a soon as possible at TorturedFathersClothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
